Mention BlackOps Productions by name to a potential client or connect us directly via email. Just make sure they know the introduction is coming from you. Need something to share? Here are a few resources to get them up to speed:

/ Step 2: Register
After making the introduction, fill out our referral form to officially log your submission. Include your contact information and details about who you referred.

We'll confirm the referral is a new opportunity and not already in our pipeline. If it's not eligible, we'll let you know.
/ Step 4: We Take It From Here
Once validated, our team will reach out to the potential client. We'll keep you in the loop as things progress.

Referral Fee Structure
bcc: members earn the higher of the two amounts below, up to a maximum of $1,500 per referral:
- 5% of the agency fee (typically 25% of the production budget or overall net profit)
- $250 minimum

/ Terms & Conditions
- Referral fees are paid after the new client completes their first payment to BlackOps Productions.
- A referral is valid for 6 months from the date of submission. Engagements that begin after that window are not eligible for a fee.
- Referrals must be new to BlackOps — not previously in our pipeline or in active discussion with our team.
- bcc: members will be notified if a submission is deemed ineligible.
- The program may be modified or discontinued at any time, with notice provided to participants.
- It is the bcc: member's responsibility to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit a referral?
Complete our referral submission form and our sales team will follow up directly with your contact. Direct email introductions are welcome, but we still ask that you complete the form to officially register your referral.
When do I get paid?
Referral fees are issued within 30 days of the new client's first completed payment. Payment instructions will be shared at that time.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
Self-referrals are not eligible. If you're an employee looking to refer your own company, that may be permitted as long as it doesn't create a conflict of interest. We recommend checking your employer's guidelines before submitting.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit. Each eligible referral is evaluated individually, and fees are paid out per qualifying engagement. Just make sure each submission is completed through the official referral form.
How do I know if my referral is eligible?
Once you submit the referral form, our team will review the submission to confirm the contact is new to BlackOps and not already in our pipeline. We'll reach out to let you know whether your referral has been validated or if it's not eligible for a fee. Referrals remain valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
