The Facing Race National Convening brought together 4,000+ racial justice leaders, artists, and advocates in St. Louis, rooted in the city's legacy of resistance. The logistics spanned an entire city: multiple venues, seven hotels, 30+ session rooms, and a $1.3M budget. BlackOps managed the full operational scope so the focus could stay on the people and the mission.
