Red Bull Know Your Roll

Services:

Experiential Production · Technical Direction & Sound Design

Roller-skating culture demands high energy, authenticity, and an atmosphere where rhythm meets raw skill. To take Red Bull Know Your Roll—a premier style skate competition celebrating top duos and rink heritage—to the next level, Red Bull needed an elevated production setup that matched the electric energy already on the floor.

Under BlackOps leadership, the event transformed from a traditional skate gathering into a full-sensory spectacle. BlackOps upgraded the production value by introducing projection mapping across the main floor, synchronized dynamic lighting, and custom special effects—creating an immersive canvas that moved in tandem with live DJ sets, host commentary, and the skaters' high-speed routines.

From initial technical integration and spatial design through full live-event execution, BlackOps scaled the experience without losing the core community feel that makes skate culture thrive. The result was an unprecedented surge in fan engagement and a record-breaking turnout.
